In this role of great responsibility, you will support our medical team in organising and coordinating individual health programmes. With your strong organisational skills, discretion and understanding of medical processes, you will ensure that our guests experience seamless and professional care. As the central link between the medical, therapy, laboratory and hotel operations teams, you will make a vital contribution to the implementation of the holistic Lanserhof Concept.

• Coordination of therapies and treatments for our international guests.
• Administrative support for our physicians and medical team.
• Maintenance and management of medical documentation and patient records.
• Planning and adapting individualized medical treatment and therapy schedules.
• Distribution of medical products and administration of medical service billing.
• Close collaboration with key departments and interfaces, including the Laboratory, Therapy Department, Medical Office, and Hotel Reception.

You have completed a medical vocational qualification. Alternatively, you have already gained experience in the administrative area of a clinic or are specializing in this field as part of your studies.

• Absolute reliability and loyalty, as well as discretion when handling highly sensitive data and confidential information.
• A structured and organized approach to work.
• A solution-oriented mindset and way of working.
• Good IT and computer skills.
• The utmost discretion and impeccable professional manners.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
